A fix to the storage issues and casual in my opinion

Ubisoft could learn a thing or two from the old Bungie back in the days if halo reach. Bungie would release map packs to the public and those who owned the map packs were granted access to certain types of playlists that allowed them to play with others who had that map pack. Here's what Ubi could do. Delete all the maps from the game except the base maps. Then they could release all the other maps on the Xbox market place or each respective consoles stores for free. I would imagine a lot of normal people would just install all the maps because if you're like me and uninstalled the 160 gigabyte mess of a halo game the other day, you really don't care about your storage management. The option to install whatever maps you want is nice to have still. My solution to toxicity in casual is kinda straightforward. In my opinion they need to create a true casual and re-brand the current casual as "competitive". This "true casual" should be a third game type and just be a place where you can have fun and experiment. In this new casual there should be no team killing, destroying team gadgets, or voting to kick. In this casual game there should be no limits to the amount of operators picked as well. If your team wants 2 jägers and 3 tachankas then they can do so in this game type. The attackers will also have a grace period to get into the actual building before being peaked by 5 jägers which will eventually happen. You should gain normal xp and renown until level 10. At level 10 you will earn much less renown and xp. They then should make the new "competitive" mode level 5 to play so that smurfs cannot troll without having to work a little for it.

TLDR; sell maps as free expansions on marketplaces and create an arcade game mode while rebranding casual as competitive.
