With the Current immigrations laws, will I be able to move in the US in the future?

I am currently a student, studying polytechnics, precisely Automatization, in Romania, Eastern Europe. After I finish this university, and maybe get some experience, how should I proceed should I want to move to the US?

PS. I will be taking courses to improve my english in the near future.

EDIT: My political ideology is conservative - Right Wing Populist. I support Trump.
