I really do not understand it

This is just a quick rant about my relationship with Tinder and something happens a decent amount and for the life of me I cannot understand it. Recently I matched with this girl right, she messages me first and we quickly exchange snapchats. I add her and she sends me a face snap then we talk back and forth about drawing, follow eachother on instagram, etc. The day ends with me sending a message at night that goes unseen for a half a day or something but i think "whatever, its late shes sleeping". The next day I send another one in the evening asking if she wants to meet up or something (which I thought was ok since we were talking back and forth a lot the other day) and again radio silence until this morning. Well the silence continued but now in the form of her unadding me on snapchat and unfollowing (also maybe blocking) on Instagram.

I seriously don't understand what I did wrong here. Wish I could say this is the first time I was having good convesation with a girl before she suddenly decides to just stop talking and unadds me. It really sucks and it just makes it worse that I literally cannot find the reason. Sorry for the formatting I'm really bad at it.
