Why do people solo mine in Orcas?

I've found that a lot of people solo mining use Orcas, so I went into pyfa to simulate an Orca, but at its maximum, it only manages to pull in 27.8m3/s while a Covetor can pull in 61m3/s at maximum. That's more than double the mining rate. So why do people favour the Orca?
