Witch I Love Your Hair or similar

Is there a general/great/efficient recommendation for something like WILYH? Something to activate curls/waves? Especially for thick and/or long hair.

I've searched and read through pages, and figured I'd go to the experts, here, to get a better idea. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
