Dear Ubisoft here's how you fix your map situation

Just use a CSGO type system. Allow people to pick the maps they want to play before searching for a game and then that way most of the community will be happy. I understand there will be complications of people not being able to play some maps due to no one wanting to play them cough Favela cough but its better than just removing them outright.
