Dell xps 13 screen differences

I'm in between the dell xps 13 with the FHD screen (https://www.amazon.co.uk/Dell-InfinityEdge-i5-6200U-Graphics-Windows/dp/B018FSWX44) and the QHD screen (https://www.amazon.co.uk/Dell-XPS-13-3-Inch-QHD-Notebook/dp/B01N1Z82BY)

My question is: is the screen difference significant enough to pay the difference in price?

I don't need the i7 processor the QHD comes with and I don't really like that its touchscreen so I'm not sure the screen resolution is worth paying the 300 pounds...
