[DDX9017DABS] No call audio or microphone when car is in motion?

I had a DDX9017DABS installed into my 2017 WRX Premium and received 2 phone calls today when driving. The phone call went via my phone speakerphone and mic.

I sat in the garage tonight and had the wife call me, all audio and mic went through the head unit as it should. I called her from the headunit and it worked as well.

We went for a short drive and tried again, when the car was moving the call went through my phone which is not good at all.

Phone is an LG V20, I can't find any settings to remedy this. Any help?

Update: Managed to get a workaround sorted using tasker. I set tasker to change the phone call audio to bluetooth when I'm connected to the headunit and I recieve or send a call. Tested today several times without issue.
