Who is going to make Half-Life 3?

As we all know by now, the story of Half-Life 3 was released. I believe this pretty much confirms that Valve will not be making the game.

Recently, in the absence of Valve, we the community have been making a lot of Half-Life 2 content, some of it very good. Now that we know where Valve planned to take the Half-Life story, I strongly believe that we should create the game ourselves.

I know there are some very good people out there capable of making anything within source. Some of these people are probably already working on it one way or another. I want to reach out to these people to reach out to each other, to properly create this game. I do not want to see 5 different Half-Life 3 gams of varying quality released next summer. Half-Life 3 is sacred, whoever is going to make the/a game, work together and create the game Valve would've.

I cannot imagine living the rest of my life without Half-Life being put to rest in a non-Valve manner. If developers get together in seriousness to start developing the game, Kickstarter or not, I am willing to put a lot of time and money into the cause like I'm sure many others are.
