Help Finding Old "Home"

So, I recently returned to see the server has reverted to an older map. So happy to see the spawn I helped create :)

However, I no longer have my /home for this map... Any way one of the generous staff could help me relocate it?

Last I remember, it was on a cliff across from another players house. Would love it if anyone could help me :)
