High Speed International Data Options

Hello I am going to be going abroad to Spain and Rome for about 9 days I was wondering what my best options would be in terms of having high speed data? I've traveled to other countries before with T-mobile but I felt like the data they gave was too slow so I'm hoping to have something faster for this trip. Currently I'm on the T-Mobile one plan if that makes any difference.

Thanks
