Communal Work Space

Hello everyone,

I'm hoping to start a small business very soon and I'm very excited. While I could operate out of a double garage, I want to be courteous to neighbours and not be a noisy asshole all day. (I plan to work wood and metal)

I am curious - I know of communal art spaces and office spaces, has anyone heard of communal shop spaces? Something where I could rent a small section of a shop and pay a flat fee?
