When I create a link in Onenote Windows 10, it brings me to the internet version of oneNote and only to the top of the page, not the selected paragrapgh more below on the page. Is there a solution?

I like to stay on my desktop and not jump to the internet. I would also like to jump to the word or paragraph that I selected, not just to the top of the page. This is all in the windows 10 version. Is this possible?
