I had a dream of my stomach being sliced open!

So, I had an awful dream last night..

I was on holiday with my boyfriend and my family, and we met this couple there who I was very wary of, because of little things the girl was doing, she was asleep on a chair and she woke up and grabbed her daughter, and I asked her by herself if she was okay, and she said that the guy she was with had kidnapped her, and she hadn't found a way out. So I tried helping her any time I saw an opportunity to run I was telling her to go, eventually she did, and she was hiding in a hotel. I went to go and find her, and she was in the toilets talking to a care taker, I went to go into a cubical to use the toilet and the man who'd kidnapped her, had a huge knife and sliced me across my stomach. I was left with this huge, puss filled wound across me. All I remember after this was getting the girl on a train and telling my mum that I needed to go to the hospital. I woke up and actually checked my tummy for anything as it felt so real and it was like I could feel the pain in my dream.
