[Letter] Runners from the Hundred Razors reach Ironrath and Winterfell
As the early morning sun dawns over the holdfasts of Ironrath and Winterfell, two men, clad in leather armor and wearing the sigil of the Hundred Razors arrive, and leave a message for each of the lords:
Lord Rickard, Lord of Winterfell and Warden of the North.
It is with the utmost respect that I, Silas, of Braavos, captain of the mercenary company The Hundred Razors, would like to visit you, my lord, in your homestead in order to extend to you a deal that I feel would be beneficial to your realm and to the loyal men who would raise their swords for you.
In my time serving in Braavos, I have come across information about the traitorous Forresters and their techniques for harvesting and harnessing ironwood for military and civil use, and would like to work together with the North and its lords in order to make your use of ironwood more efficient and sustainable.
I am currently travelling personally to meet with you, my lord, and with Lord Rodrik Bowen, and will most likely be close to arriving in Ironrath by the time you read this letter. I will be bringing a small contingent of around 10-15 loyal men along as a measure to ensure my safety, but if you are not willing to allow them stay in your town it will be no issue to arrange for them to stay elsewhere while we discuss matters
I look forward to meeting you, my lord, and to our hopefully prosperous future endeavors.
- Silas, of the Hundred Razors
Lord Rodrik Bowen, Lord of Ironrath
It is with the utmost respect that I, Silas, of Braavos, captain of the mercenary company The Hundred Razors, will be visiting you, my lord, in your homestead in order to extend to you a deal that I feel would be beneficial to you in order to further your own family's name in the North and to bring prosperity to your house.
In my time serving in Braavos, I have come across information about the traitorous Forresters and their techniques for harvesting and harnessing ironwood for military and civil use, and would like to work together with your house in order to make your use of ironwood more efficient and sustainable.
I am currently travelling personally to meet with you, my lord, and with Lord Rickard Stark, and will most likely be only a few day's travel from Ironrath by the time you receive this letter.
