Ryzen 1700 Stock Cooler OC

Helllo guys,

So i just got myself Ryzen 1700 and i wanted to oc it today, i bumped the voltage to 1,3v and put it at 3,8 on all cores soon as i started Cinebench the temps like want to 80 in first 5 seconds so i stoped it immidiatly, i mean i have pretty good air flow and intake, 2 fans on air flow and 2 on intake. Anybody else had similiar problems ? tnx for help
