Any BDSM clubs in/around Frankfurt?

I'm new to Frankfurt and Germany in general and have been looking for uhhh, clubs of an adult nature, specifically with a focus on BDSM. I'm not looking for strip clubs or venues where the focus is on the people working there. I'm looking for clubs with equipment that allow sex play inside. I'm a woman so I'd also like something women-friendly and not a sleazy dive.

I've been to Sadasia in Dortmund a few times and that place is awesome but I hope there's somewhere a little closer to Frankfurt.

Also are there any younger BDSM groups active? I'm 28 and my partner is 25. Bonus points if there's an LGBT focus! :) Thanks for the help!
