Can anyone help me out with the AMD Champions Pack?

Hi guys! For those of you who bought a CPU/GPU from AMD to get the Champions Pack, what did you do to get the key? What's the procedure?

I followed the links on their site and ordered a GPU from my local retailer, and it just arrived today. However, there's no QC key in the box, just the regular GPU package. If anyone could help me out with this, it'd be much appreciated.
