If you have a dream with a "past" oneitis in it, does that mean

does that mean subconciously you're still into her? For example, all the chicks I've had oneitis for in the past, I've gotten over, consciously and subconsciously, except for the latest one (since I haven't found anyone new to replace her). But because in my dream I tried to ask her out, that would indicate that if I were not concious, or if I acted on autopilot, that I would try and talk to the past oneitis. e.g: if she all of a sudden had interest in me, I would gladly accept (subconsciously, even though consciously I know this is a dumb thing to do)
