Best mod to counter AI division spam?

Since the game has become unplayable for me beyond 1945 recently (due to insane division-spam), I've been looking for the right mod to fix it. I understand various mods simply increase the target division size for the AI, thus reducing the pathfinding workload. I've googled a few of these myself, but after trying Expert AI and finding it has issues of its own (Japan never defeats China, Germany never makes any progress in the USSR), I'm cautious about investing time into another one. Can anyone recommend a mod for this that still produces a balanced game progression?
