The Car Selling Process

Hey guys,

I'm interested in getting into car sales (most likely BMW Car sales) so I was just wondering how the process is when selling a high end car. What do you need to know, how do you talk to people, and other useful information on what goes on. I know a few of you are smart salespeople so I'm willing to learn!

EDIT: Have someone that could get me into BMW as a Vehicle Delivery Specialist first before Sales so I wanted to prepare myself before I get into sales. Any advice is welcome!
