Help with the T-corner print

Hello guys I wanted to print a T-corner for my Anet A8 but I stopped the printing at 27% because I was not satisfied with the result so far. Here is the link http://imgur.com/a/2MThl where you can see the T-corner, I don't know what to do I tried a lot of different settings but the result is always the same. I changed my filament and now it's printing like that. Oh yeah and my fan doesn't work anymore perhaps it is the problem, I don't know.
