[Question] Fallout 4 vs New Vegas

The current Bethesda sale has Fallout 4 with all the DLC priced at around $45 and I am just finishing up my 3rd play through of New Vegas. New Vegas is my favorite game of all time, and I have a few questions. 1- Is Fallout 4 with the DLC worth $45? 2- What are some major differences in the 2 games? 3- Is the FPS aiming improved from New Vegas? 4- Which do you prefer, and why?
