Kraken.com withdrawal not received (waiting more than 1 week)

Is anyone else having problems getting their money from Kraken.com? I've been waiting on a withdrawal for more than one week now. I've created a support ticket and sent numerous reminders asking for wire confirmation but am still waiting despite all my efforts.....
