Missed the Dojo missions initially - Please help.

Hi guys

I only realized that Dojo missions were required for learning certain skills much later in the game.

I'm now at level 65 and would like to do the Dojo missions (way of the samurai, way of the ninja), and they require you to use skill points to learn skills. However, the skills that I'm meant to learn in those Dojo missions have already been learnt in the main game (without the dojo tutorial) so I can't spend the skill points inside the Dojo missions. I had to use a "branch" to quit the Dojo mission and return to the main game.

I've now reached a point where I have skill points to spend but I can't learn new skills as they require me to complete certain Dojo missions.

Can anybody help please?
