Durability slider in options please

Despite everything, I love this game. The one thing that annoys me is the ultra-low durability of everything. To me it's just not fun to have to re-craft bows/armor/spells every minute.

Could I have a durability slider so I can crank it up to the max for my singleplayer game/custom server?
