Laptop Encryption for Small company

Hi SysAdmins

Recently joined a new company that uses McAfee Enterprise AV and Encryption.

• 20 Laptops are on Win 7 Pro and use the McAfee encryption.
• About 15 use BitLocker (Windows 10 Pro)

I want to move away from McAfee on the Win 7 PCs but as Win 7 Pro doesn't include BitLocker, I'm unsure what to replace the McAfee encryption with on those laptops.

Any suggestions?
