Why does looking at a picture of a bee/wasp make me feel so terrified?

I've been scared of bees/wasps since I was 4 or 5 due to a stinging incident, and have been since (I'm almost 21). So obviously if I see one in real life, my instinct is to want to get as far away as possible.

But why do I have that same feeling of dread/fear even when its just a picture or a video?
