Banks that don't demand HR letter

I'm Freelancer and I work remotely, I get paid by USD but the issue is I really struggled to find banks that let me open an account without HR letter, I tried with Ahly, Alex and CIB.

I told them I can show them the invoices, the site legal terms (contacting the sites I use they simply said refer the bank to our legal page)

Of course all the idiots in the bank want a letter stamped بختم نسر أحا بجد , they claim to avoid money laundering but the thing is I get paid less that 800 bucks who the fuck launders money 1K at a time.

The only bank that let me open USD account was Faisal Islamic bank but the bank provide subpar service, first it doesn't support buying from internet which is must for me (not even with prepaid card or credit cards), they hardly have any ATM in Cairo, nobody picks up from their hotline number, literally the only way to get contact with them is to call local branch landline during working hours.

All I want in bank is:

• Let me open a USD saving account that can get transaction from overseas without HR letter

• The ability to pay/buy stuff online from Google/Amazon and also TE DATA

and that all I want from bank, do you guys have any suggestions.
