[Personal] What is the best I can do to help a scab heal?

Hello. The title pretty much says it all. I had sore skin on my neck and now a scab has formed there (hurts a tiny bit). I was trying to find information on Google about whether I should cover it or no, about moisturizing and all that stuff, but the information I found varied a lot, so I am a little confused. What is the best I can do to help my scab heal as soon as possible? Thanks.
