Apple Watch series 1 in 2017?

I'm after a smart watch and I've always wanted an Apple Watch. Most products I own are Apple and just thought maybe an Apple Watch would be a good investment.

I've seen on eBay that people are selling refurbished or used ones in pretty good condition for £150-£185 and was wondering if this was a good price and more importantly is it worth it?
