Are there any good tutorials on youtube?

TLDR: first time playing madden and am clueless and need a good tutorial

i preordered madden because i love watching football but i never played it before cause i knew it was going to be hard to play. I play 2k so when i heard there was going to be a story mode i preordered it. Now that i have played it, i cant get any of my receivers to catch the ball and when on defense, i cant switch my selected player and idk how to do interceptions and sacks
