how to sustain healthy map pool?

I can clear T15 maps with ease, but the problem is i cant even get reasonable amount of red maps to constantly run them. I'm currently 97 on atlas, 7 zana and almost a full tab of yellow maps. What to do to make my red maps bank growing?
