Dry spells related to insurance?

As a receiver, the thought struck me that sometimes MTs might go through dry spells when their regular clients max out their insurance within a year. I was asking a friend to do a spa day and have a massage, and she said she was waiting until her insurance year had renewed because she was maxed out her massage claims. Do you find that certain times are slow because your clients max out their ability to claim? My insurance runs on the calendar year, so I was curious if the fall or early winter ends up being slower for MTs because of this.
