[Routine Help] Do I need to wear sunscreen if I'm never out in the sun?

I'm very fair-skinned, but I really am never out in the sun. I have maybe a 30 second walk from my home to my car, another 30 sec walk from my car to work, 30 second walk back at the end of the day, and then the 30 second walk back to my home. Even if I'm running errands, I'm never outside for maybe more than a minute, tops, per errand.

Does sunscreen have some other benefit I'm not aware of?
