Place to study 24hrs every day

Good morning everyone,

I was wondering if there is a place in the Tampa Bay Area that is open 24hrs so people can study. I know USF have a 24hr library but I don't have access to it, and then some star bucks but those can get noisy.

Edit: Need wifi, a booth or table, quietness, even a secluded room. I was thinking about the co'op rooms, but idk if they change or not.
