OpenJDK-8 Docker Build

I am new to Docker (just finished Hello World a few days ago lol)I am trying to setup a Docker image that can runs a Centos:7.3.1611 with OpenJDK-8 installed and setup. Then I need to be able to install a java -jar file on that scenario. My .jar file is a GUI for a DBMS, SymmetricPro. I am trying to build this Docker image so I can stress test SymmetricPro on AWS. I don't believe it should be as hard as I am making it and could use any help. I'm stuck... the dependencies and wget errors and cmd errors are frustrating the hell out of me and YouTube is failing me currently. My .jar file is built with Gradle (... if that matters). Thank you!
