Viewport Slow with Hidden Obejcts?

Im dealing with a huge file. Even though i hide the objects in the viewport its still slow. Tried everything, display tag, layers, lod, but nothing seems to be working. Only way is to delete parts and then reimport them when rendering :/ Any solution would be highly apreciated.
