Best place to exchange currency to USD?

HI! I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for the best place to exchange foreign currency for USD? Specifically I have Japanese Yen. (Tokyo has awful rates, so I brought it back to America.)

My dad suggested Wells Fargo or a casino, but I'd like to know my options. Thank you!

EDIT: Thanks for the info everyone! I think I'm going to check out Foreign Money Exchange, otherwise my local bank.
