A question on alignment points.

If you are speaking to an npc, like that lost warrior in the smoldering corpse bar, does repeating the dialogue (truth) that grants a lawful point grant only one point even if you repeat it or does it grant a point each time you repeat it?

Edit: playing enhanced edition, btw.
