Anyone have any experience with Orbit Project NZ Working Holiday Insurance?

Title says it. 23M USA about to embark on my NZ Working Holiday and am currently shopping around for insurance. Orbit Project has given me a lowest quote by far. Just wanted to see if anyone has used them in the past and could tell me their experiences with them.
