Hotel room block rate higher than typical nighty rate?

Looking to block a group of rooms at a property.

The contact came back at a nightly rate of $199. However when I check the same room type on the same date via TripAdvisor, the price is more than $30 cheaper.

Seems quite odd. Is this something I can and should bring up or push back on?
