HDD in a PCIe slot

Hey guys this is my build. I was wondering if I could run that Barracuda HDD in a PCIe slot. I thought the whole reason why I was getting the 960 EVO vs. the 850 EVO is because of its PCIe capability. I am surprised to see that the Barracuda HDD can be used with PCIe. Am I wrong? If I am how many lanes of the PCIe slot will it fill up? I am assuming one of the 4x slots.
