Xfinity hotspot connection issues.

For the past 3 months ive been connecting my laptop to an xfinity hotspot without a hitch. Yesterday my connection timed out, and ever since whenever I try to connect I get a message "cant connect to this network". My android phone connects but every so often it disconnects and i need to relogin using my xfinity credentials.

My laptop however flat out cant connect to the network, never make it the login page and never asked username and password in any way.

Some things to note: my laptop has windows 10 i checked my xfinity account to see if i exceeded my 5 connected devices (only have my phone and laptop and no other users) I can connect to other networks such as my wifi at home. There are two xfinity wifi spots showing up one is called xfinitywifi the other is called XFINITY. I get the same error on both.

Any help would be appreciated.
