Fantasy draft Issue - how to resolve?

So we had our fantasy draft last weekend. Filled my roster and left only to find out later that someone contested that they actually drafted Frank Gore and not me. I had Gore on my sheet and so did our fantasy league manager but this guy swears he got him and says he has him on his sheet also. So now we are not sure how to proceed. I'm pretty confident I threw the name out and won him; I needed to leave asap and had to fill my roster to do so. I also needed a RB with a different bye week than any of the ones I had already. What's interesting is the other guy says he kept track of everyone's team so I'm curious to see who he thinks I have on my team instead of Gore. I know for a fact that I didn't draft anyone else that's not on my sheet. For now he is playing under protest.. He is also sending our commissioner a pic of his sheet to see what he has. I realize this sounds terrible and unorganized. We held the draft at a Hooters this year; it was our first time doing it in public and I guess we didn't consider the noise factor that could cause confusion among drafters especially since we did an auction draft. Lesson learned...
