[Deck] Returning player here, looking for some advice.

Hi guys. Basically, I dropped the game a bit after the first Toon World event, now I started again and would like to know if I should bother trying to get my first account back.

The account itself didn't have A LOT, mostly a Levia deck, Pegasus (without Toon World IIRC), most of the important cards in Ultimate Rising (I recall re-rolling for that sweet Sphere) pre-registration rewards (I miss that cute BEWD) and a Big Shield Gardna before he was removed from the trader.

Is that enough to go for it, or I shouldn't even bother and just keep playing on my new account (in which I already re-rolled for a Sphere)? If I do keep this new account, any general advice for decks early on? I started with Seto, bought a starter deck and got a Kuriboh Sphere.
