[Help] Bought an S6 on ebay and it is rooted. What should I do?

Some apps are not be compatible with my rooted phone, so I guess I need to unroot it. I had never heard of rooting phones before. I have searched google and this subreddit but I don't really understand the responses - could anyone give me a explain-like-I don't know anything about rooting or android software?
