Does Las Vegas at Least Somewhat Capture the Essence of What Ancapistan Would be Like?

So, it's well known that the state of Nevada has VERY loose laws regarding things such as gambling (no shit), prostitution, marijuana, and marriage just to name a few.

Is living in Las Vegas the closest you can get to the full Ancapistan experience? Or is there somewhere that has even looser laws surrounding such things?
