Pregnant with second, looking for some advice, would it be easier?

I breastfed my daughter till she self-weaned (2 years old). I remember breastfeeding with mixed feelings, so demanding and tiring, but so rewarding and empowering. I had a lot of problems at first. When my milk went "up" (or "down" depending or your country) my boobs were super full, I had oversupply, 2 mastitis, clogged ducks, candida, ... I had everything... I learned a lot that is true. But my biggest fear is...will it be this hard again?

Second question, what do I need (material things)? I remember some bra pads, I bought already some nursing bras and shirts, I will buy some nipple cream. I have my medela swing also. Am I missing something?
