Question for Tarantula owners

Hi guys, I wanted to get a T, so I wanted to ask you some things, like:

-What species do you recommend for a beginner like me? Keep in mind that I want to handle it if possibile

-Where should I keep the enclosure? For example, never near the PC because it is hot, and so on
